India is the biggest nation in South Asia. Another name given by the people is Bharat. The district of India is 3.2 million square kilometer and 940 million populations are living in India. The national and educational variety is large in range. 80 percent people are Hindus in India. Shivaratri, Holi, Janamashtami, Dasahara and Diwali are main India’s festivals. August 15, 1947 is the independence day of India. About 60 percent people of India’s work strength facility in cultivation. The existing problems are redundancy, scarcity, illiteracy and starvation.

CHILD WELFARE POLICY:
Each kid has right toward a respectable life. A substantial, rational and communal healthy life of a kid depends upon the family toward which kid belong. The family and school are vital sources which play major part for incorporated growth of kid. According to the Convention scheduled the Rights of Child, “it means person male or female who is below 18 years of age.”
Every kid has a universal right. Every kid has the right to life, protection, education and development. All kids should have the same rights. No shall be discriminated on the base of race, color, cast or religion.
Child welfare schemes:
The scheme related to integrated kid growth is working for untimely childhood concern and growth. This scheme is promoted by the Indian government. The central aim is on the road to arrange basis for proper mental, substantial and collective growth of the kid, get better wellbeing and nutritional condition of kids under six age, reduce child death, malnutrition and school dropouts, attain useful rule execution to support child growth and growth talent of mother to look after wellbeing and nourishment, learning or other needs of her child.
Scheme for health and nutrition:
A National Nutrition operation has been working on the way to facilitate direction of plan to the concerned administration department used for label the problem of undernourishment of kids. The program related to polio implemented through Ministry of Health covers all kids below the age of five. This program covers 166 million kids in every round. The scheme of national health implemented under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare seeks to offer useful services of healthcare to people of country.
LABOUR WELFARE POLICY:
The intentional hard job prepared by the corporation to give enhanced surroundings of service in their industries. It improve substantial, psychological or ethical situation of employee. It consist shelter, health check, learning, relax accommodation and assurance etc. Labour power ranges from great numbers of uneducated staff to a large group of extremely learned and accomplished specialized. The actions related to the interests of labour are started in 1837.
A few objectives of labour wellbeing are
1. It raise the normal livelihood
2. It reduce labour problems in organization
3. It improves business relations.
The major duty of administration is to solve the labour problems. The administration has complete following act for the betterment of workers such as the act of factories 1948 and the act of payment wages 1936, and the act of minimum wages 1948. The aims of these entire works are to provide reasonable wages and work condition to the employee at work position and conveniences like learning, recreation, medical etc.
Poverty alleviation scheme:
This plan was projected by administration for the unorganized employees where the operational condition of labour is under deficiency line and somewhere undeveloped efficiency for each capita earnings point and smallest amount of salary is low and not suitable to give the central wants of the employees.
State insurance scheme for medical care:
This plan is valid in only supremacy by means of factory employ more than 20 persons. The scheme is structure during the staff condition declaration work provides in favor of wellbeing check concern and treatment, cash arrangement in illness, maternity, employ wound and allowance for determined on the death of the insured worker suitable to employ wound.
