We have been in the field of Agriculture Engines and Tractor since 1985.And then we have been established” Benefit Agricultural Machinery co., ltd” in 2016 for small tractor and trawllargy distribution. Finally, we have been established “Crown Kubota Myanmar Co., Ltd in July-2016 for Kubota tractor and combine harvesters distribution.

Leadership Style

We have different type of leadership styles in organization. I have also mentioned the style of my choice which I will practice as a leader, the leader is the most important person in the organization in my life have leadership and role model. He name is Mr. James That Tun. He position is General Manager in our company. He is ‘Democratic Style’ leadership .He have to make a number of decision that do not have a clear answer.
