How has our food Industry evolved during the same era? Has our food become dumber or smarter? The socio-cultural shift that has led to new millennials implementing their ideas into the way they want to see the world of tomorrow , the rise of communication technologies, the innovative IT solutions has encourage millennials to startups with fresh new concept which had shaken current fast food business to adopt a new open, transparent and efficient business models.

The current food industry either it be large supermarkets or fast food giant is under attack due to their unethical and unsustainable growth and business practice.
